Data Security in VRepro

At NaturalSoft, we understand the importance of security and confidentiality in the treatment of data from assisted reproduction clinics. Our commitment to data protection leads us to implement advanced standards and technologies to ensure that all data is protected at every stage of its life cycle. Here’s how we take care of our users’ and patients’ sensitive data:

1.Point-to-Point Encrypted Communication with HTTPS and SSL All interactions between the user and our platform are conducted using HTTPS, a data transfer protocol that encrypts end-to-end information using SSL. This means that even if a communication were to be intercepted, the data would remain encrypted and would be unintelligible to unauthorized third parties. This level of protection ensures that every request is secure and confidential.

2.Separation of Sensitive Data from the Web Server Our system architecture ensures that medical and personal data is not hosted on the same server where the web platform runs. Only a small database is stored with the information necessary for secure access to the portal, thus protecting sensitive data from any direct exposure. This separation strengthens security and limits any possible vulnerabilities.

3.Request Protection with CSRF Token We have implemented a protection system using CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) token, which prevents the execution of unauthorized requests from external systems. Thanks to this measure, we ensure that each request made to the portal comes only from legitimate users and avoids possible redirection attacks or malicious access.

With these security strategies, NaturalSoft guarantees maximum data protection and contributes to a secure environment for the management of medical information. Our commitment to information security supports the trust our clients place in us and reinforces our role as a technological ally in the field of assisted reproduction.
